Job Requirements

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred
Basic proficiency with point of sale POS systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
Strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
Food handler certification or willingness to obtain if required
Ability to work in a fast paced environment maintaining professionalism and courtesy

Job Qualifications

Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred
Familiarity with POS systems
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
Experience with food handling sanitation standards and food safety protocols
Ability to manage time effectively during busy service hours while maintaining attention to detail
Basic math skills for cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
Knowledge of food preparation processes and kitchen operations is beneficial

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety sanitation and presentation
Manage guest relations by addressing questions special requests or concerns promptly and professionally
Assist with food handling preparation bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
