Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to communicate clearly and interact positively with guests
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs
- Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
- cashiering and basic math skills are essential
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, food handling, and food preparation practices
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating excellent time management skills
- Previous host/hostess or serving experience in the food industry will be highly valued

- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and presentation
- Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction
- Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting dining areas to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests
- Utilize reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements and optimize service flow
