Job Duties
- Maintaining the hygienic standards and operational effectiveness of the kitchen is pivotal in this position
- The role requires keeping all kitchen tools, dishes, and equipment clean, systematically arranged, and always ready for use
- Ensure the proper sterilization of dishes and cookware through the efficient operation of dishwashers
- Use manual washing for certain objects such as wooden utensils and oversized pots
- Regularly clean and maintain the dishwasher area to prevent any build-up of dirt or debris
- Check the performance of cleaning equipment and dishwashers to validate their efficiency and report any operational issues
- Offer aid with food readiness as necessary
- Place clean dishes in their designated storage spaces after washing
