Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to meet minimum age for alcohol service
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Commitment to health and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency in the English language (speaking, reading, and writing)
  • Must meet the legal minimum age requirement for serving alcoholic beverages in the operating state
  • Proof of authorization to legally work within the United States
  • Demonstrated talent for exceptional guest service and interpersonal relations
  • Thorough understanding of sanitation practices and food safety standards
  • Keen eye for precision and accuracy in all tasks
  • Dynamic and enthusiastic work ethic
  • A proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting
  • Outstanding verbal communication capabilities
  • Physical capacity to bend at the waist and lift up to 50 lbs to waist level
  • Capability to transport items weighing up to 50 lbs across distances up to 25 feet
  • Stamina to remain active and standing for shifts lasting between 8 to 12 hours
  • Ability to clearly hear, comprehend, and respond to both staff and patron requests in a high-noise environment

Job Duties

  • As a Server, you are the face of our restaurant, dedicated to delivering an exceptional dining experience through attentive service and accurate order delivery, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued
  • Provide thoughtful service and proactive support to guests throughout their entire meal
  • Prepare clean cutlery (silverware) for dining service by rolling/wrapping
  • Systematically clear tables of used dishes, utensils, and glassware
  • Sanitize and prepare tables for the next patrons after they depart
  • Execute various cleaning duties, including sweeping service areas and emptying trash receptacles
  • Guide and assist customers comprehensively from arrival to departure
  • Professionally escalate complex guest concerns to management and contribute to positive resolution of issues
  • Maintain seamless and effective communication with colleagues to ensure all guest requirements are met promptly
  • Provide support to the team by assisting with food delivery to tables (food running)
  • Strictly adhere to all health and safety guidelines across both kitchen and dining spaces
  • Promptly follow all instructions and directives given by the Manager during the shift
  • Actively engage with guests and provide necessary assistance and hospitality
  • Represent our establishment, which offers a selection of slow-smoked and fire-grilled meats, available for dining-in, carry-out, online orders, catering, and delivery
