Job Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Menusifu POS
- Experience in food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols within the food industry is essential
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage guest relations effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced hospitality environment

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage guest relations effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Knowledge of upselling techniques and sales strategies to enhance guest experience
- Prior experience as a host/host or in bussing roles is advantageous but not required
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Menusifu POS
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Clear tables efficiently, bussing dishes and resetting for new guests
- Assist with guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and foster positive guest relations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness of service stations and dining areas in accordance with sanitation standards
- Support host/host duties when needed, including seating guests and managing reservations
