Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Menusifu POS
  • Experience in food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols within the food industry is essential
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage guest relations effectively
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced hospitality environment

  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Menusifu POS
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage guest relations effectively
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
  • Knowledge of upselling techniques and sales strategies to enhance guest experience
  • Prior experience as a host/host or in bussing roles is advantageous but not required

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Menusifu POS
  • Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
  • Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
  • Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
  • Clear tables efficiently, bussing dishes and resetting for new guests
  • Assist with guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and foster positive guest relations
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Maintain cleanliness of service stations and dining areas in accordance with sanitation standards
  • Support host/host duties when needed, including seating guests and managing reservations
