Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy creating a team environment
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
- Must have excellent verbal communication skills
- Able and willing to work cooperatively with other team members
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays, as well as flexible shifts and hours due to business needs
- Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 lbs
- Regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear
- Frequently required to stand and walk
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Delivers prompt, efficient, and courteous service to customers in accordance with Red Mile standards
- Performs necessary tasks to service customers, including taking and filling all food and drink orders and assisting in maintaining guests dining area in a clean and neat manner
- Receives payment from food and beverage customers in a prompt and courteous manner
- Utilizes POS system, quotes accurate pricing and gives correct change, accounts for all cash, charge, and complimentary sales according to established procedures
- Assists other restaurant personnel with maintenance tasks such as side work, opening and closing duties as necessary
- Adheres to established cash control policies and procedures
