- Previous experience as a server in fast-paced or fine-dining environment preferred
- passion for Japanese cuisine and culture
- basic knowledge of sake, whisky, or Japanese spirits a significant plus
- strong communication skills
- ability to multitask under pressure while maintaining positive attitude
- punctual and reliable team player
- availability to work evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests with a warm welcome
- provide attentive and friendly service throughout the meal
- deepen knowledge of food menu and sake list to provide recommendations
- accurately take orders and input into POS system
- assist with bussing tables and resetting dining area
- prepare and serve beverages including explaining sake varieties
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dining room and front of house
