Job Duties
- Responsibilities include taking and serving food orders, maintaining cleanliness, handling payments, and ensuring guest satisfaction

- Greets all guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Provides a high level of service when assisting customers in ordering and delivering food orders according to established protocols
- Coordinates and communicates any special dietary requirement of guests to the kitchen
- Maintains a clean and sanitary work station
- Develops and maintain friendly relationship with regular patrons of the restaurant
- Coordinates with kitchen staff and customers and ensure timely delivery of all services
- Works to meet revenue goals by establishing and maintaining a complete course of order to customers including salad, drinks and main course
- Must be efficient in cash handling procedures, and maintain a working knowledge of the POS system and its functions including but not limited to credit card and gift card transactions
- Makes sure that all daily revenue and server tip reports are reconciled and given to accounting at the end of every day
- Ensures that checklists, requisitions and proper opening and closing functions are being completed each shift
- All other duties as assigned
