Job Duties

  • Responsibilities include taking and serving food orders, maintaining cleanliness, handling payments, and ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Ideal candidates are customer-focused, dependable, and available to work nights and weekends

  • Greets all guests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provides a high level of service when assisting customers in ordering and delivering food orders according to established protocols
  • Coordinates and communicates any special dietary requirement of guests to the kitchen
  • Maintains a clean and sanitary work station
  • Develops and maintain friendly relationship with regular patrons of the restaurant
  • Coordinates with kitchen staff and customers and ensure timely delivery of all services
  • Works to meet revenue goals by establishing and maintaining a complete course of order to customers including salad, drinks and main course
  • Must be efficient in cash handling procedures, and maintain a working knowledge of the POS system and its functions including but not limited to credit card and gift card transactions
  • Makes sure that all daily revenue and server tip reports are reconciled and given to accounting at the end of every day
  • Ensures that checklists, requisitions and proper opening and closing functions are being completed each shift
  • All other duties as assigned
  • Consistently do the right thing for our Team Members and guests by keeping promises and delivering on commitments, building trust along the way
  • Demonstrate kindness by following the ‘Golden Rule’, ensuring that Team Members and guests have a voice and feel valued
