Job Requirements

- Previous experience in fast-food or quick-service restaurant
- Ability to follow recipes and custom orders
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Set up and sanitize your workstation and equipment
- Prepare ingredients for all menu items including salads, smoothies, sandwiches, soups, and more
- Wash, peel, chop, and mix ingredients with precision and care
- Assemble/cook food items according to our recipes and standards
- Serve meals with presentation that sparks anticipation and delight
- Set up, label, stock, organize and transfer supplies and ingredients for easy access and efficiency
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across all kitchen areas including dishes, utensils, and trays
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen by making sure all waste is removed and surfaces are sanitized at the end of shifts
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with your team to deliver next-level guest and employee experiences
- Assist across departments when needed to support team success
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
