Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in fast-food or quick-service restaurant
  • Ability to follow recipes and custom orders
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Set up and sanitize your workstation and equipment
  • Prepare ingredients for all menu items including salads, smoothies, sandwiches, soups, and more
  • Wash, peel, chop, and mix ingredients with precision and care
  • Assemble/cook food items according to our recipes and standards
  • Serve meals with presentation that sparks anticipation and delight
  • Set up, label, stock, organize and transfer supplies and ingredients for easy access and efficiency
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across all kitchen areas including dishes, utensils, and trays
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen by making sure all waste is removed and surfaces are sanitized at the end of shifts
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Collaborate with your team to deliver next-level guest and employee experiences
  • Assist across departments when needed to support team success
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
