Job Requirements
- at least 21 years of age
- ability to attain Utah alcohol server permit within 14 days of hire
- ability to attain Salt Lake County Health Department food handlers permit within 14 days of hire
- reliable transportation
- availability to work Friday and Saturday nights from 7:00 pm to 2:30 am

- previous food service experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- show up on time for each shift
- run food from the kitchen to tables ensuring orders are accurate and timely
- assist guests with any requests and anticipate their needs
- communicate effectively with servers and other team members
- step in as a fill-in cook when needed
- support bartenders and servers to manage workload
- maintain an orderly and efficient food service environment
