Job Requirements

Previous experience in food service or hospitality industry
Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Basic math skills for cash handling
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team spirit

Basic math skills for cash handling and billing procedures
Experience in serving at nightclubs or hosting/hosting experience is advantageous
Ability to work flexible hours including nights

Job Duties

This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in fine dining or the food industry is preferred, along with familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable
The Food Server will play a vital role in creating memorable guest experiences through attentive service and professional conduct
Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems like Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently followed during service
Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems and process payments efficiently
Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting tables for new guests
Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including wine pairings if applicable
Maintain cleanliness of service areas and adhere to sanitation regulations
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
Support host/hostess duties when needed, including seating guests and managing reservations
