- Be thoroughly knowledgeable about our menu, daily features, and beverage selections
- Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with all safety and service standards
- Handle cash, payments, and guest checks accurately and efficiently
- Use strong sales and merchandising techniques to enhance the guest experience and maximize sales
- Collaborate with teammates to maintain a smooth and welcoming dining room flow
