Job Requirements
- Previous food serving experience
- high school diploma or GED
- must be at least 21 years of age
- flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays with variable overtime
- must present a well-groomed appearance
- must tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust
- alcohol certification
- food certification
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- previous food serving experience
- excellent verbal and written skills
- knowledge of tableside cooking preferred
- wine knowledge and experience is a plus
- food allergy knowledge is a plus
- ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Job Duties
- Deliver fast, friendly, and professional service to every guest
- create a warm and welcoming experience by smiling, engaging, and building rapport with each table in your station
- become an expert on the full menu including oysters, seafood specials, sushi rolls, and beverage offerings
- work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth communication and timely service
- maintain a clean, organized, and inviting station throughout each shift
- support the team with additional tasks as needed
