Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
One year experience as waitperson
Ability to read, write, speak English
Strong math skills
Ability to exert 25 pounds of effort to push or pull a cart
Ability to lift and carry 40 pounds minimum
Physical stamina including stooping, kneeling, reaching
Ability to communicate using audio technology
Ability to see clearly
Ability to stand or walk 100% of the time

Job Duties

Sets up dining room and service area prior to start of service
Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of dining room and service areas
Obtains customer meal orders and serves meals following established procedures
Ensures accuracy of orders and pricing
Prepares beverages and plates specific menu items following portion control and presentation guidelines
Clears, resets, and moves tables as needed
Serves catered functions as assigned
