Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality preferred
- Valid SNHD health card and TAM card
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Effective English communication skills
- Neat and professional appearance
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality environment preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service including wine pairings
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Must possess a valid SNHD health card and TAM card
- Common knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation practices preferred
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
- Neat and professional appearance
Job Duties
- Provide impeccable, personalized service to members and guests
- Anticipate member and guest needs and respond promptly and professionally
- Present menus and offer detailed descriptions of dishes
- Make informed recommendations including wine and beverage pairings
- Accurately take and input orders into the POS system
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining fine dining service techniques
- Ensure food and beverage presentations meet quality and aesthetic standards
- Collaborate with culinary, management, and bar teams to ensure seamless service
- Support team members during peak times and assist with side work
- Stay knowledgeable of menu offerings, daily specials, and club events to promote additional items
- Adhere to all club policies, procedures, and standards
- Comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
