Job Requirements
- Previous experience in the food service industry or restaurant environment is preferred
- Culinary experience or fine dining experience is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting
- Basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions accurately
- Familiarity with guest services principles and hospitality best practices
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices is essential
- Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is advantageous
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented atmosphere while maintaining a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve food items in accordance with established recipes and safety standards
- Operate point-of-sale systems such as Toast POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Assist with upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation stations following sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Perform bussing duties by clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests
- Uphold food safety standards during all aspects of food handling and preparation
