Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- valid US driver’s license
- minimum age of twenty-one years
- capable of attaining approved Melmark driver status
- minimum two years of experience in foodservice
- cleaning experience
- exceptional organizational skills
- knowledge of foodservice regulations

Job Duties
- Coordinates food preparation including warming frozen foods and setting up tables before mealtime
- maintains food inventory and informs Director of Business Operations when inventory is low
- serves lunches to students while monitoring food temperature
- cleans kitchen area by mopping, dusting, and organizing
- maintains cleanliness of staff break room
- cleans refrigerators and disposes of unclaimed items
- communicates between school and food vendor regarding dietary needs and restrictions
