Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of serving experience in a full service restaurant
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Available to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Strong work ethic and customer service focus
  • Knowledge of food safety guidelines
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Greet guests promptly and courteously
  • Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders
  • Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  • Process payments and handle cash or card transactions accurately
