Job Requirements

one year of previous serving experience in a full service restaurant
ability to work flexible schedules
must be able to stand for extended periods
strong communication skills
basic math skills for handling transactions
physically able to carry trays and serve guests
legally permitted to work in the united states

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

greet and serve guests with hospitality and professionalism
take and deliver accurate food and beverage orders
provide knowledgeable recommendations about menu items
maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure order accuracy
process payments and manage cash handling
