Job Duties

  • Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
  • Set tables according to type of event and service standards
  • Answer questions on menu selections
  • Follow all company policies concerning safety and security
  • Report all accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the appropriate manager
  • Successfully undergo safety training courses and obtain certifications
  • Guarantee consistent and well-groomed appearance
  • Preserve confidentiality of proprietary data and protect company assets
  • Provide courteous reception and greet visitors according to company standards
  • Predict and attend to guests’ service requirements, including assisting individuals with disabilities
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Foster and maintain positive working relationships with team members and superiors
  • Promote teamwork to achieve collective goals and address grievances
  • Enforce compliance with quality standards and expectations
