Job Duties
- Set tables, polish glasses, fold napkins, and replenish condiments during opening duties
- Attend pre-shift and general meetings to learn about special offers, stock issues, and service updates
- Help management and hosts greet and seat guests, and provide them with food and wine menus
- Introduce yourself to guests and inform them about special offers and stock shortages before they order
- Serve beverages promptly and keep them refilled
- Accurately enter orders into the point of sale (POS) system
- Follow up on food and beverage orders with the kitchen
- Check on guests to ensure their satisfaction and relay feedback to management
- Provide guests with their check upon request and thank them warmly upon departure
- Perform closing duties, including sweeping, vacuuming, and preparing linens for laundry collection
