Job Requirements

Ability to relocate to Goodyear, AZ before starting work
Must be able to work in person
Open to learning and adapting to company standards
Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Basic proficiency in English
Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Previous restaurant experience preferred

Job Qualifications

Preferred restaurant experience of at least one year
Ability to interact with guests in a courteous and respectful manner
Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
Effective communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with team members

Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation

Job Duties

Greeting and seating guests
Taking and delivering great food
Suggesting new menu items like limited time offerings or flavored coffees
Receiving payment for the cashier and making correct change
Willingly assisting team members without being asked
Helping to keep the restaurant clean
Completing side work and organizing supplies as needed
Providing total guest satisfaction
