Job Duties

Showcase excellent familiarity with the menu to articulate dishes to guests
Inform guests about the latest food promotions and specials
Take precise notes of food and beverage requests on guest tickets and enter orders swiftly into the POS system
Ensure timely delivery of food orders and drinks to customers
Evaluate guest attitude and identify moments necessitating manager intervention
Follow alcohol awareness procedures to verify age and avoid intoxication
Maintain precision of all financial transactions and provide exact change promptly
Operate credit card machines correctly
Preserve table organization by pre-bussing and monitoring beverage levels
Maintain station cleanliness and arrange/remove station tables as needed
Manage opening and closing responsibilities daily
Comply with safety and sanitation practices
Support team members as required
Foster teamwork and maintain a positive working atmosphere
Maintain a favorable representation of Golden Corral
Keep work areas tidy and store tools, equipment, and supplies correctly
