Job Duties

Greet guests and present menus and daily specials
take food and beverage orders, relay accurately to kitchen and bar staff
serve food and drinks, ensure guests have everything needed
check on guests for satisfaction with each course and beverages
clear tables throughout dining experience, provide dessert menus and coffee
process payment transactions, thank guests as they leave
maintain cleanliness and mise en place of work areas and tables
