Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in cleaning or food service environment preferred
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Knowledge of sanitation standards
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to maintain professional conduct in accordance with company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or sanitation roles advantageous
- Ability to understand and follow sanitation and safety guidelines
- Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team

Job Duties
- Perform all sanitation tasks
- Clean tables and chairs in dining rooms
- Remove trays from tables and restock table condiments
- Vacuum and sweep carpets and mop floors
- Set up and tear down dishwasher
- Unload busser carts
- Pre-scrape and stack dishes
- Pull, stack and ensure cleanliness of dishes and place in racks for serving line use
- Ensure service areas are properly stocked with service items
- Perform temperature checks on line products
- Maintain cleanliness of line and surrounding areas during serving hours
- Replenish products on line and inform cooks prior to depletion
- Maintain serving line according to Performance Work Statement
- Restock fruits, salads, milks, and juices before and during meal periods
- Remove trash and garbage from kitchen area
- Sweep and mop kitchen floor
- Deep clean kitchen equipment including ovens and overhead hoods
- Understand and maintain wash, rinse and sanitation water temperatures
- Properly dry and rack pots and pans
- Maintain sanitation in pots and pans washing and storage areas
- Clean outdoor areas including back dock, stairs, and customer entrances
- Remove and clean waste cans, bussing carts, and portable units
- Organize outside storage for safety and presentation
- Follow professional conduct policies
- Perform other job related duties as assigned
