Job Requirements
- Must have experience in food service cleaning
- Ability to maintain clearance for base access
- Must be able to work split shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for 6 to 7 hours
- Ability to bend and stoop
- Must be able to read, speak, and write English fluently

Job Duties
- Clean all table tops and ensure counters and window sills are dust-free
- Ensure dining facility floors are swept and mopped daily
- Perform bi-weekly floor waxing in dining and kitchen areas
- Keep napkin dispensers, salt and pepper shakers, and condiment dispensers fully stocked before and after meals
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils according to HACCP standards
- Clean kitchen floors daily and perform bi-weekly waxing
- Clean kitchen equipment daily or as needed
