Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to take direction and instruction from managers and be accountable for own actions
- Safety awareness and attention to detail
- Ability to work in extreme temperature fluctuations
- Ability to stand and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
- Willingness to wear personal protective equipment
- Availability to work 1:00 AM to 5:30 AM shifts or similar hours
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow directions and instructions from managers
- Accountability for own actions
- Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
- Ability to work in extreme temperature fluctuations
- Experience with sanitation or food safety preferred but not required
- Willingness to work night shifts or variable hours
Job Duties
- Perform sanitation labor by executing the eight steps of sanitation
- Comply with all food safety and safety policies and procedures
- Work cooperatively with leads and management to ensure sanitation procedures are followed
- Frequently lift hoses, equipment, and chemical containers
- Wear employer-specified personal protective equipment such as gloves, face shield, eye goggles, aprons, boots, safety glasses
- Perform all tasks safely including lock-out tag-out procedures
- Stand, lift, and crouch for extended periods
- Other duties as assigned
