Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or supervisory role preferred
- ability to pass health and safety certifications
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- strong communication skills
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- physical ability to perform duties including standing for long periods
Job Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, and understand verbal instructions
- completion of a sanitation course (prior or within the first year)
- knowledge of efficient and cost-effective program operation
- basic arithmetic skills
- ability to maintain emotional control under stress

Job Duties
- Produce and maintain work schedules
- prepare production packets
- direct daily activities
- maintain food production quality and safety
- ensure safe food storage
- maintain serving schedules
- follow health and safety codes
- maintain accurate inventory
- prepare orders as needed
- supervise and evaluate employees
- counsel and promote employee growth
- maintain a safe working environment
- train and mentor food service workers
- maintain equipment maintenance logs
- complete food safety and temperature logs
- perform preventative maintenance
- recommend equipment replacement
- multi-task proficiently
- perform additional duties from Food Service Director/Manager
- fill in for absent employees
- manage daily catering events
- work occasional night and weekend events
- attend staff meetings
- maintain staff communication
- perform cashier duties as needed
- promote good public relations
