Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a management role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain client and customer rapport
- Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with other departments
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lb occasionally
- Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Implement Aramark's coaching system to engage and nurture team members
- Foster an environment that values and rewards staff dedication
- Verify that team work aligns with objectives and meets client expectations
- Arrange and moderate daily team synopses
- Uphold safety and sanitation standards in client service delivery
- Identify client demands and report operational advancements, especially financial
- Ensure preparation and verification of financial profit and loss statements
- Attain financial objectives of clients and the company
- Apply Operational Excellence principles by advancing food and labor initiatives
- Provide team training for successful task implementation
- Lead team in production oversight, quality assurance, and compliance management
- Maintain a secure and healthy environment for clients, customers, and employees
