Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in a management role
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain client and customer rapport
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with other departments
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lb occasionally
  • Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in a management position
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

  • Skilled in delivering excellent customer service using Aramark's service model
  • Ability to collaborate with other departments for unified food service

Job Duties

  • Implement Aramark's coaching system to engage and nurture team members
  • Foster an environment that values and rewards staff dedication
  • Verify that team work aligns with objectives and meets client expectations
  • Arrange and moderate daily team synopses
  • Uphold safety and sanitation standards in client service delivery
  • Identify client demands and report operational advancements, especially financial
  • Ensure preparation and verification of financial profit and loss statements
  • Attain financial objectives of clients and the company
  • Apply Operational Excellence principles by advancing food and labor initiatives
  • Provide team training for successful task implementation
  • Lead team in production oversight, quality assurance, and compliance management
  • Maintain a secure and healthy environment for clients, customers, and employees
