Job Duties
- Consistently greet all clients
- Keep abreast of all pertinent information including specials, events, programming
- Assist the kitchen in prep work and cleaning
- Effectively answer and resolve client inquiries through active listening and offering alternative options where applicable
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
- Actively engage and build positive relationships with members
- Update and monitor tables and stalls for cleanliness
- Assist with opening and closing tasks
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized workspace
