Job Duties
- Maintain attentiveness to refill water glasses promptly
- clear and reset tables in a timely manner
- polish and replace beautiful glassware and silverware
- clear bus tubs from the bar area
- assist servers and bartenders as needed
- work closely with the expo in the kitchen to monitor incoming tickets
- prepare to go to stations and ensure mise en place (having ingredients prepped and organized)
- organize plates onto the gueridon (food cart)
- deliver food to tables, correctly identifying each guest's plate without requiring instruction
