Job Duties

  • Maintain attentiveness to refill water glasses promptly
  • Clear and reset tables in a timely manner
  • Polish and replace beautiful glassware and silverware
  • Clear bus tubs from the bar area
  • Assist servers and bartenders as needed
  • Work closely with the expo in the kitchen to monitor incoming tickets
  • Prepare to go to stations and ensure mise en place (having ingredients prepped and organized)
  • Organize plates onto the gueridon (food cart)
  • Deliver food to tables, correctly identifying each guest's plate without requiring instruction
