Job Duties
- Maintain attentiveness to refill water glasses promptly
- Clear and reset tables in a timely manner
- Polish and replace beautiful glassware and silverware
- Clear bus tubs from the bar area
- Assist servers and bartenders as needed
- Work closely with the expo in the kitchen to monitor incoming tickets
- Prepare to go to stations and ensure mise en place (having ingredients prepped and organized)
- Organize plates onto the gueridon (food cart)
- Deliver food to tables, correctly identifying each guest's plate without requiring instruction
