Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
Good physical stamina to carry trays and move quickly
Attention to detail
Friendly and approachable demeanor

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar food running or restaurant role preferred
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and kitchen staff
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of menu items and ingredients
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Team player with a positive attitude

Job Duties

Read tickets, finish plates and run food or delegate to a team member
Describe dish being dropped at the guest's table and ensure they are satisfied before returning to the kitchen
Retrieve any items guests may need to accompany their meal
Assist servers in side work during down times
Be sure station is set with all items needed by both the BOH and the FOH
Maintain a clean workstation
