Job Duties
- Reporting to work on time as per schedule
- maintaining uniform and personal hygiene standards
- exemplifying hospitality standards by answering guest questions and handling requests and complaints
- cooperating with management and coworkers and assisting with duties as needed
- communicating suggestions for improvement positively
- following all safety, health, and sanitation guidelines
- knowing and adhering to emergency procedures
- performing all duties and maintaining knowledge of standards as stated in the associate handbook
