High school diploma or equivalent preferred
three or more months' experience in food service industry preferred
ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods

Job Duties

Transport dishes from the kitchen to the appropriate tables in a timely and organized manner, ensuring that orders are accurately delivered
collaborate with kitchen and serving staff to maintain clear communication about order statuses, special requests, and any other relevant information
coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure that all components of a meal are ready for delivery simultaneously, maintaining the overall flow of service
inspect dishes for accuracy, presentation, and overall quality before delivering them to customers
report any discrepancies or issues to the appropriate personnel
provide excellent customer service by being attentive to customers' needs, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a professional and friendly manner
assist in clearing empty plates and utensils from tables, resetting them for new diners, and maintaining overall cleanliness in the dining area
collaborate with servers, chefs, and other restaurant staff to create a positive and efficient work environment
familiarize yourself with the menu to accurately describe dishes and assist customers with inquiries
