Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in room service or related hospitality role preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Valid Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit as applicable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Must meet minimum age requirements according to local laws
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years prior room service experience preferred
- Some knowledge of wine and fine foods helpful
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
- Possess Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and team members
- Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
Job Duties
- Deliver meals and beverages to guest rooms accurately and promptly
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing and resolving any concerns or requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and equipment
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and other hotel staff to coordinate orders
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Assist with setting up trays and ensuring food presentation meets hotel standards
