Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in room service or related hospitality role preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Valid Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit as applicable
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Must meet minimum age requirements according to local laws

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years prior room service experience preferred
  • Some knowledge of wine and fine foods helpful
  • Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
  • Possess Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and team members
  • Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction

Job Duties

  • Deliver meals and beverages to guest rooms accurately and promptly
  • Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing and resolving any concerns or requests
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and equipment
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen and other hotel staff to coordinate orders
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Assist with setting up trays and ensuring food presentation meets hotel standards
