Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior room service or food and beverage experience preferred
- Must hold or be able to obtain Food and Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Must meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- One to two years prior room service experience preferred
- Some knowledge of wine and fine food helpful
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
- Food and Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and team members
- Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
Job Duties
- Deliver meals and beverages to guest rooms in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy of orders and presentation meets hotel standards
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests during room service interactions
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and other departments to coordinate orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of room service equipment and areas
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly
- Follow all safety and hygiene protocols related to food service
