Job Duties
- Expedite all menu items to guests within time standards
- greet or assist guests with a friendly disposition
- attend to guests professionally and courteously
- memorize daily food, drink, and rotating menus
- observe state and federal laws regarding alcohol service
- bus tables and set tables to The Amalfi Llama standards
- perform opening and closing duties including cleaning
