Job Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to bend, squat, and lift up to 30 lbs for short distances

Job Duties
- Provide the highest level of service by adhering to all Gator's Dockside service standards
- Fulfill all job responsibilities to contribute to a great dining experience from beginning to end
- Work directly with kitchen team members to communicate accurate and standard food cook times
- Follow all plating and presentation standards as outlined by trainers, manuals, and corporate policies
- Collaborate with other front-of-house team members to ensure all guests' needs are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Assure accuracy and quality for to-go orders
- Assist bussers and servers by bussing tables and refilling non-alcoholic beverages
- Ensure proper food handling guidelines are followed while running food
- Maintain a neat and organized work area
- Perform proper food handling and sanitation of work areas
- Complete all running and end-of-shift side work, including stocking work areas for the next shift
- Always do the R.I.G.H.T. thing
