Job Duties
- Maintains a neat, organized, and sanitary workstation
- Preps the expo line as needed
- Understands sequence of service steps
- Ensures food arrives to members in a timely manner with proper plating
- Ensures all plates and supplies are clean and presentable with no defects
- Has necessary menu knowledge to assist members
- Performs other duties as assigned
