- pack takeout orders
- keep the Expo Station clean and organized
- maintain the Takeout Packing Station's cleanliness and organization
- follow Din Tai Fung's Standard Operating Procedures
- assist front-of-house staff as needed
- ensure timely and accurate order delivery
