  • Obtain RBS Certification and Food Handler Certification shortly after hire

Job Duties

  • Deliver food quickly and accurately from kitchen to guests
  • Ensure plates are complete, properly presented, and match tickets before leaving the kitchen
  • Act as a communication link between kitchen and front-of-house teams
  • Assist in organizing tickets and coordinating timing of orders
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of expo line and service areas
  • Support servers and bussers as needed to ensure smooth service flow
  • Communicate any issues, delays, or special requests clearly and efficiently
  • Maintain awareness of menu items, ingredients, and allergy considerations
