Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to set up, break down, and maintain expo and service stations to fine dining standards
- Proficient in running food with accuracy, urgency, and attention to detail
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
- Ability to support dining room flow and course pacing
- Commitment to delivering professional and attentive guest support at all times
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in food running or bussing preferred
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Set up, breakdown, and continual maintenance of expo stations
- Assist servers in properly serving food and beverages
- Clear, clean and reset tables to ensure they are ready for the next guest
- Run food with accuracy, urgency, and attention to presentation and temperature
- Support dining room flow and pacing of courses
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and service teams
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all service areas
