Job Requirements
- Set up, break down, and maintain expo and service stations to fine dining standards
- Run food with accuracy, urgency, and attention to presentation and temperature
- Assist servers with polished food and beverage service
- Clear, clean, and reset tables to ensure seamless guest transitions
- Support dining room flow and pacing of courses
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and service teams
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all service areas
- Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and fine dining service standards
- Deliver professional, attentive guest support at all times
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food running or bussing preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and presentation
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards
Job Duties
