Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- must have all certifications and licenses as required by local Health Department and Alcoholic Beverage Commission statutes
- strong multi-tasking skills
- ability to walk, sit, stand for long periods of time
- ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- ability to work in warm indoor conditions near grill and fryer
- ability to tolerate noise levels frequently loud

Job Duties
- Delivers meals to table as directed
- replenishes drinks as needed
- assists in guest requests regarding condiments, missing items, cooking instructions, etc
- provides assistance to servers
- clears and resets tables
- performs other duties as assigned
