Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to set up, break down and maintain expo stations
- Ability to assist servers with food and beverage service
- Ability to clear, clean and reset tables promptly
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team setting
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Job Duties
- Set up, breakdown and continually maintain expo stations
- Assist servers in properly serving food and beverages
- Clear, clean and reset tables to ensure they are ready for the next guest
