- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Ability to obtain the appropriate license pursuant to California regulations
- One year's related culinary or food service work
- Must have sanitation certification

Job Duties
- Deliver food and beverages in accordance with company standards
- Maintain cleanliness of restaurant, floors, carpets, and service stations
- Monitor and ensure cleanliness of place settings, tabletops, seats, and floors
- Leave money or guest checks on tables
- Perform customer service duties such as beverage and plate service
- Communicate with host about seating needs and guest service issues
- Clean and reset tables following sanitation guidelines
- Perform stock supply duties to maintain par levels of equipment and dining supplies
- Restock and maintain all food and beverage items
- Provide outstanding customer and employee service
- Comply with department and company rules, policies, and government regulations
- Perform duties in a safe and careful manner
- Assist food servers as needed
- Attend periodic meetings and training
- Maintain a neat and clean appearance
- Perform other duties as assigned
