Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Ability to obtain the appropriate license pursuant to California regulations
- One year related culinary or food service work experience
- Must be sanitation certified

Job Duties
- Familiarizes with service standards for the restaurant, especially table setups, beverage service and pre-busing of tables
- Cleans restaurant, floors, carpet, service stations
- Monitors and ensures cleanliness of all place settings, tabletops, seats, and floor
- Leaves money or guest checks on tables
- Performs customer service duties as assigned such as beverage and plate service
- Communicates with the host about seating needs and any guest service issues
- Cleans and resets tables in accordance with established procedures and sanitation guidelines
- Performs various stock supply duties to maintain par levels of all equipment and dining supplies
- Restocks and maintains all food and beverage items, products, and supplies
- Provides outstanding customer and employee service at all times
- Complies with all department and company rules, regulations, policies, procedures, internal controls and government rules
- Performs all duties in a safe and careful manner
- Assists food servers as needed
- Attends periodic meetings and training sessions
- Maintains a neat and clean appearance
- Performs other duties as assigned
