Job Duties
- Check each plate of food to ensure it is correct as ordered by the guest
- make sure all condiments accompany each order
- assure every item on the order is ready and on the tray together
- work diligently to avoid breakage and loss
- notify server of guest needs
- complete all opening, ongoing, and closing side work and manager on duty as signed off on work
- stock and restock appropriate linens for service
- stock and restock work stations with appropriate plates and saucers
- inform server of any potential guest issues
- provide general resort information for guests
