Job Duties

  • Check each plate of food to ensure it is correct as ordered by the guest
  • make sure all condiments accompany each order
  • assure every item on the order is ready and on the tray together
  • work diligently to avoid breakage and loss
  • notify server of guest needs
  • complete all opening, ongoing, and closing side work and manager on duty as signed off on work
  • stock and restock appropriate linens for service
  • stock and restock work stations with appropriate plates and saucers
  • inform server of any potential guest issues
  • provide general resort information for guests
