Job Requirements
- Knowledge of menu item appearance
- Plate appearance, placement, and location
- Ensure every ticket is reviewed for accuracy according to customer order and for quality before leaving the kitchen
- Relay special notifications, requests, or corrections to the appropriate kitchen staff
- Uphold sanitation and food safety principles
- Complete AM/PM food runner checklist
- Need to handle stress in a fast-paced environment
- Need to be able to stand on their feet for shift
- Busser needs to clean tables and surrounding area as needed
- Tables are always in an orderly manner with full condiments
- Assisting duties include refilling drinks, menu counts, bathroom checks, stocking cups
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of menu item appearance
- Plate appearance and placement
- Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with kitchen and wait staff
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work standing for entire shift
- Ability to handle stressful situations
Job Duties
- Assist wait staff by delivering food from kitchen to correct tables
- Review every ticket for accuracy and quality before food leaves the kitchen
- Relay special notifications, requests, or corrections to kitchen staff
- Maintain sanitation and food safety standards
- Complete AM/PM food runner checklist
- Clean tables and surrounding area as needed
- Refill drinks, count menus, check bathrooms, and stock cups
